CNC Milling Process


There are Six units of state-of-the-art CNC Machining Center with a maximum travel of 1000mm and equipped with CNC automatic pallet set-up, which enable us to write CAD/CAM programs and design the applicable fixtures for customers from the Consumer Electronics, Automobile Industry, Solar Energy Industry, etc.
   

Hairline Process


The Hairline process produces smooth, even and fine straight lines on the surface of aluminum articles, superbly presenting the beauty of the aluminum material.
   

Sandblasting Process


Our automatic sandblast machine can be configured to a work piece with the maximum dimension of 500 mm in width to create elegant surface effects and to serve as a protection layer to your products.
   

Anodizing Process


Executed in a series of chemical tanks controlled by PLC and manually facilities provide a streamlined and complete process for chemical finishing used in cosmectic aluminium articles. The common finishing is natural anodizing, black and metallic silver complete with a brightening finish. Other colors are available, to be produced upon request. Capable of conducting the chemical analysis in house to ensure all parameters within the specification.
   

Electropolishing Process


Electropolishing process especially for stainless steel can increase resistance to corrosion. Also can deburr and get smooth and shining surface. Electropolishing is a non-mechanical process. There is no risk of creating polish lines and pealing over time. Electropolishing process can remove stain particles from blurry surfaces and accomplish the clean purpose.
